AV-VCS is a self-hosted, air-gap-capable digital preservation and compliance-evidence platform. It stores records in a write-once, tamper-evident, content-addressed archive, signs each evidence chain with post-quantum digital signatures (Falcon-1024 and ML-DSA-65) and RFC 3161 trusted timestamps, and supports legal holds and independent offline verification with no vendor cloud in the loop.

Description

AV-VCS (AlgoVoi Verifiable Compliance Suite) is a self-hosted, air-gap-capable platform for the long-term preservation of regulated records and the compliance evidence that proves their integrity. Records are held in a write-once, tamper-evident, content-addressed archive. Every evidence chain is signed with post-quantum digital signatures (Falcon-1024 and ML-DSA-65) and carries an RFC 3161 trusted timestamp, so authenticity and fixity can be verified independently and entirely offline, with no vendor service in the loop. The platform supports legal holds and cryptographic erasure tombstones that record a removal while preserving proof that it happened. It runs on-premises on Linux/Docker and targets regulated sectors such as healthcare, insurance and defence. It addresses similar needs to cloud preservation services such as Preservica and Arkivum while running entirely self-hosted under a single perpetual commercial licence.
