Check UK Web Archive (via W3ACT) for a capture of the target URL from the depositor. If the UK Web Archive has archived the URL (relatively recently), the Digital Archivist performs high-level quality review of UKWA captures. The Digital Archivst then requests permission from depositor to request an open access licence to make the archived web resource public.
