An IIPC funded byproduct which can be used to read, validate and write ARC, WARC and GZip files.

Also includes the [https://sbforge.org/display/JWAT/JWAT-Tools JWAT Tools], which provides a command-line application for working with ARCs and WARCs, including conversion from ARC to WARC.
