Fixit tiff

fixes some issues in (potentially) baseline tiffs, as an example, invalid datetime tags, wrong tiff tag order

Description

Repairs broken TIFF files, it comes with routines to:

• remove all non-baseline-tags
• fix order of tags
• fix typical DATETIME tag problems
